　　山东大学中心校区，一幢幢教学楼与高大挺拔的法国梧桐错落其间。《文史哲》编辑部所在的知新楼，就矗立在这片郁郁葱葱之中。

　　《文史哲》杂志是新中国成立后创刊的首家高校文科学报，也是我国目前刊龄最长的综合性人文社科学术期刊。2021年5月，习近平总书记给编辑部全体编辑人员回信，对做好哲学社会科学工作提出要求——

　　“增强做中国人的骨气和底气，让世界更好认识中国、了解中国，需要深入理解中华文明，从历史和现实、理论和实践相结合的角度深入阐释如何更好坚持中国道路、弘扬中国精神、凝聚中国力量。”

　　当年正值《文史哲》创刊70周年，时任编辑部主编王学典与编辑们一起给习近平总书记写了一封信。“主要是向总书记汇报《文史哲》的创办背景、承担的使命，以及我们要引领学术潮流、发挥好期刊作用，在学界引导大家继续推进马克思主义中国化。”王学典回忆写信的初衷。

　　回顾《文史哲》走过的路，王学典如数家珍：“新中国成立初期，学术刊物屈指可数。新研究方向的开辟、新学术成果的交流、新学术人才的培养，都亟待高水平学术杂志的支撑。1951年5月，《文史哲》应运而生。”

　　《文史哲》有过许多“高光时刻”，一批又一批思想论战曾在这里展开，但一个坚守始终没有变——用马克思主义的观点来研究中文、历史和哲学。

　　“《文史哲》为新中国学术如何做、马克思主义学术如何搞，提供了一个示范。这些我们都向总书记作了汇报。”王学典说。

　　不久，他们收到了习近平总书记的回信。在回信中，总书记说：“高品质的学术期刊就是要坚守初心、引领创新，展示高水平研究成果，支持优秀学术人才成长，促进中外学术交流。希望你们再接再厉，把刊物办得更好。”这让编辑部坚定了信心和方向。

　　三年来，《文史哲》开设了“中国文明起源与变迁”专栏，积极回应学界乃至社会各界对中华文明起源相关问题的关切，展现源远流长的中华文明；《文史哲》国际版从之前的每年两期增加到每年四期，精心调制出的“国际化口味”让越来越多的海外读者更加了解中国，持续促进中外学术交流。

　　“‍推进中国改革发展，实现现代化，需要哲学精神指引，需要历史镜鉴启迪，需要文学力量推动。”10年前，习近平总书记在北京大学考察时明确指出，“文史哲研究要关注人们的精神世界，关注社会现实问题，积极回应社会关切，帮助人们更好认识自己、认识世界，确立不断前进的方向和信心。”

　　2019年1月2日，习近平总书记致信祝贺中国社会科学院中国历史研究院成立时强调：“新时代坚持和发展中国特色社会主义，更加需要系统研究中国历史和文化，更加需要深刻把握人类发展历史规律，在对历史的深入思考中汲取智慧、走向未来。”

　　2023年6月2日，习近平总书记在文化传承发展座谈会上指出：“在五千多年中华文明深厚基础上开辟和发展中国特色社会主义，把马克思主义基本原理同中国具体实际、同中华优秀传统文化相结合是必由之路。这是我们在探索中国特色社会主义道路中得出的规律性认识。”

　　我们念诵着经史子集，已走过数千年；我们党学习着马克思主义经典著作，走过了百余年。从民本到民主，从九州共贯到中华民族共同体，从万物并育到人与自然和谐共生，从富民厚生到共同富裕……马克思主义以真理之光激活了中华文明的基因，中华优秀传统文化充实了马克思主义的文化生命。

　　而今，我们起而行之，全面深入了解中华文明的历史，推动中华优秀传统文化创造性转化、创新性发展，担负起新的文化使命。

　　“总书记给《文史哲》编辑部的回信里，‘创造性转化、创新性发展’是个核心任务。”2024年元旦刚过，杜泽逊教授成为《文史哲》杂志新一任主编。

　　“转化、发展以后会形成一个什么成果呢？那是一千年以后写中国文化史的时候对今天的评价。但这个名称已经确定，就是‘中华民族现代文明’。”杜泽逊在接受《时政微观察》采访时说道。

　　文化传承发展座谈会召开前一天，作为古典文献学领域的专家学者，杜泽逊为在中国国家版本馆考察的习近平总书记作了讲解。

　　“我们现在存世的有多少？”兰台洞库内，总书记详细询问了《永乐大典》的整理修缮情况。

　　“800卷，400多册，只占全书的4%。庚子事变，东交民巷的翰林院损毁太严重。很可惜！”杜泽逊答道。

　　“我非常关心中华文明历经沧桑流传下来的这些典籍版本。”在考察中，总书记叮嘱，“中华民族的一些典籍在岁月侵蚀中已经失去了不少，留下来的这些瑰宝一定要千方百计呵护好、珍惜好，把我们这个世界上唯一没有中断的文明继续传承下去。”

　　新时代赋予我们新的文化使命，让中华文明“亘古亘今”、让中华民族“日新又新”，一幅“建设中华民族现代文明”的美好画卷正在神州大地徐徐绘就。
